Usman Alkali Baba is a prominent figure in Nigeria, having served as the 21st Inspector General of Police (IGP) from April 2021 until his retirement. Born on March 1, 1963, in Geidam, Yobe State, Nigeria.
He holds a Teacher’s Grade II Certificate from Teachers College, Potiskum. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bayero University Kano in 1985 and later earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri in 1997. Alkali enlisted in the Nigeria Police Force on March 15, 1988. He rose through the ranks, serving in various capacities including as Commissioner of Police in Delta State and Assistant Inspector General of Police in different zones. He was appointed as the IGP by President Muhammadu Buhari on April 6, 2021, replacing Mohammed Adamu.
During his tenure, he focused on intelligence-led policing and introduced reforms aimed at enhancing internal security and restoring police primacy in Nigeria.
He was conferred with the Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (CFR) in October 2022.He received the Best Anti-Crime Security Chief award and the Inspector-General of Police’s Letter of Commendation for his leadership in crime fighting.

Prof. Oshita O. Oshita is a renowned figure in peace and conflict resolution, with a distinguished career spanning academia, research, and civil society. Here are key highlights about him He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Political Philosophy from the University of Calabar, a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford, and a PhD in Philosophy of Social Science from the University of Ibadan.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Peace Studies and Practice (FSPSP) and a distinguished Ambassador for Peace of the UN POLAC Peace Programme. Director General of IPCR: Prof. Oshita served as the Director General/CEO of the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) in Abuja, Nigeria, from 2014 to 2018. During his tenure, he was involved in programming for violence-free elections and worked with the National Peace Committee for the 2015 general elections.
Ubuntu Centre for Africa Peacebuilding and Development: He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Ubuntu Centre for Africa Peacebuilding and Development (UCAP), a position he has held since January 2019. Consultancy and Teaching Experience: Prof. Oshita has consulted for various international organizations, including UN agencies, ECOWAS, USAID, and Humanitarian Dialogue. He has also taught in several institutions in Nigeria and abroad.
Prof. Oshita is skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, nonprofit organizations, program evaluation, public speaking, international relations, and conflict-sensitive planning.
He has published works both locally and internationally on peace and conflict studies.

Hajia Saudatu Mahdi is a prominent Nigerian women’s rights advocate, born on April 20, 1957, in Katsina State, Nigeria. She serves as the Secretary-General of the Women’s Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative (WRAPA), a position that allows her to focus on critical issues such as gender-based violence, women’s access to education, and socio-economic empowerment.
Mahdi began her education at Kaduna Central Primary School and later attended Queen Amina College in Kaduna. She earned her first degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 1978, and completed a postgraduate program at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) in 1992. She holds several certificates in fields like entrepreneurship, fiscal management, and human rights.
Mahdi started her career as a classroom teacher and later became the principal of the Government Girls Secondary School in Bauchi. She served as the Acting Registrar of the Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi, from 1995 to 1998 before retiring to focus on advocacy.
Mahdi has been instrumental in several high-profile cases, including the acquittal of Amina Lawal Kurami and Safiyatu Hussaini, who were both sentenced to death under Sharia law for adultery. She is also a co-convener of the Bring Back Our Girls campaign, advocating for the return of kidnapped schoolgirls in Nigeria. Mahdi has published over 20 books on topics related to women’s rights and violence against women. Her leadership has been recognized with the National Honours Award Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) in 2011 for her contributions to development, advocacy, and human rights.
Currently, Mahdi continues to lead WRAPA, providing strategic leadership and overseeing its operations. She remains a vocal advocate for gender equality and women’s rights in Nigeria.

Major General Ishola Williams (rtd) is a retired Nigerian Army General who is known for his views on national issues and his stance against corruption. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. He attended primary and secondary schools in Lagos, including King’s College, where he graduated in 1962. Joined the Army in 1964. He rose through the ranks to become the commandant of Army Signals, served as Commander of Training and Doctrine (TRADOC), the think-tank of the Nigerian Army. Also served as Chief of Defence Training and Planning and resigned from the Army in July 1993, because he believed that the military takeover that brought Abacha in was immoral.

Christopher Delvan Gwamna Ajiyat, born on December 12, 1960, is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and pastor. He is the presiding pastor of The King of All Kings Church of the Capstone, formerly New Life Pastoral Centre (New Life Assembly), based in Kaduna, Nigeria. Additionally, he oversees ministerial arms such as Arewa Christian Initiative, House of Jeduthun, Metahost Partnerships, and Pisgah Media. Some sources also refer to him as the founder of Chris Delvan Gwamna Ministries. Chris Delvan is a well-known Christian musician in Nigeria, with a long career in the Christian music scene. His music features soulful melodies, stirring lyrics, and a mix of traditional and modern sounds. He uses his music to spread messages of love, hope, and optimism, drawing inspiration from his faith.
Gwamna has traveled to many parts of the world and has been featured in programs such as the inter-denominational carnival of praise and worship held in Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos. He was also one of the officiating ministers at the Men of Issachar Vision’s conference, led by the former Nigerian Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, in Ibadan in January 2017. In 2018, YNaija listed him as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Christian Ministry in Nigeria. Gwamna contributed to the Hausa language translation of the Revised Standard Version for the Bible League of the United States of America, completing the project in 20031. The Institute of Management and Commerce of Nigeria (IMCCN) awarded Gwamna the Fellow’s Investiture and Icon of Mentorship Award on April 26, 2017, in recognition of his “spiritual leadership, guidance, and dedication to humanity.

Bamidele Shafa is a Major General in the Nigerian Army and the Coordinator of Operation Safe Corridor (OPSC). OPSC is a program established by the Nigerian military in 2016 with the goal of deradicalizing, rehabilitating, and reintegrating repentant Boko Haram members back into society. Shafa is from Imeko in Ogun State, Nigeria. He is the OPSC coordinator since 2016. He has been involved in efforts to encourage Boko Haram members to leave the group. According to Shafa, some Boko Haram members are Christians.
Under Shafa’s leadership, OPSC has graduated hundreds of ex-Boko Haram combatants. By August 2020, over 600 ex-fighters had graduated from the 16-week OPSC course, and approximately 90 child soldiers had been transferred to a separate program run by international organizations. As of February 2020, around 2,000 men were enrolled or being prepared for the course. Shafa has stressed the importance of collaboration to address security challenges in Nigeria. He has also stated that no repentant insurgents are qualified to be recruited into the Nigerian Army, contrary to some speculations

Muhammed Babandede born in Jigawa State, Nigeria in 1963 is a former Comptroller General (CG) of the Nigeria Immigration Service NIS, before his appointment by President Mohammadu Buhari, he was the Deputy Comptroller General (DCG) of NIS, Operations & Passports.
Babandede holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Islamic Studies, he has master’s degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice at the Ahmadu Bello University, ABU Zaria. He served as Assistant Comptroller General ACG passport at the Immigration Headquarters. His appointment came after President Mohammadu Buhari sacked the former Immigration boss Martin Abeshi. Babandede has an award of Member of the Order of the Federal Republic, MFR, in 2014. He is currently the longest service NIS top officer.

Osisioma Basil Chinedu Nwolise, commonly referred to as Prof. OBC Nwolise, is a prominent Nigerian political scientist and academic. Born on January 25, 1951, he has had a distinguished career in academia, particularly at the University of Ibadan, where he served for 38 years before retiring in 2020. Nwolise obtained his first degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and later pursued advanced studies that culminated in his academic career in political science.
Throughout his tenure at the University of Ibadan, Nwolise held various positions, including lecturer and professor in the Department of Political Science. He is known for his unique approach to the study of security and politics, emphasizing the importance of spirituality in understanding human and national security. His advocacy for integrating spiritual dimensions into political discourse has sparked both interest and debate within academic circles.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Nwolise has supervised numerous Ph.D. students and contributed significantly to research in his field. He has published various works focusing on security studies, political theory, and the intersection of spirituality and politics. Beyond academia, Prof. Nwolise is recognized as an activist and public affairs analyst, often engaging in discussions about social justice and equity within Nigeria. His insights into the political landscape have made him a respected voice in national debates. Despite retiring from formal academic duties, he remains active in promoting his views on spirituality’s role in governance and security, continuing to influence both scholars and practitioners in Nigeria and beyond.

Christopher Bankole Ndubisi Ogbogbo, commonly known as Prof. CBN Ogbogbo, was born on October 10, 1963, in Nigeria. He is a prominent lawyer and professor specializing in African history. Ogbogbo has held significant academic positions, including serving as the head of the Department of History at the University of Ibadan from 2008 to 2010 and currently as a Professor of African History there since October 2012.
In addition to his role at the University of Ibadan, he is also the Director of Research at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in Abuja. Prof. Ogbogbo is an accomplished scholar with over 60 publications in reputable academic journals and books, contributing extensively to the field of history. Ogbogbo’s influence extends beyond academia; he served as the Emeritus President of the Historical Society of Nigeria from 2014 to 2018, where he played a crucial role in promoting historical scholarship in Nigeria.
His work often emphasizes the importance of history in understanding contemporary issues and fostering peace. Recently, he faced personal loss with the passing of his mother, Cecilia Alice Ogbogbo, on November 17, 2023, at the age of 93. The Society for Peace Studies and Practice expressed their condolences to him and his family during this difficult time.

Adewale attended the University of Lagos for his first degree in Political Science and Master of Science in Political Economy and International Relations. An Alumnus of the United Nations University’s International Leadership Academy, and of Harvard University.

He also participated in the initial drafting of Millennium Plan for Africa (MAP) which later became the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) and was an inaugural member of the Africa Peer Review Mechanism (APRM).

He is a recipient of several awards and commendations including the Nigerian Bar Association Award of Excellence given by the Inspector -General of police in Bangladesh. He also participated in Utstein (U4) Anti- Corruption Training Workshop at the Utstein Anti-Corruption Resource Centre.
Oyebade has been an advocate of Intelligence-led policing and community partnership, and exponent of training and re-training of the Police personnel as a tool for capacity building and development of the workforce to face the modern challenges of policing, especially in Nigeria’s nascent democracy.

He is the Former Director-General of the National Orientation Agency in Nigeria currently the Chairman, Board of Directors of the Timbuktoo Media Solution Limited. Omeri is also a member of many professional associations like the Federation of Africa Public Relations Association (FARA), Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Solomon Arase was born on the 21st of June 1956. A political Science graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds an LLB degree from the University of Benin and LLM from Lagos state university and specializes in corporate management and finance law. He also holds a Masters degree in strategic studies from the University of Ibadan. He enlisted into the Nigerian Police in 1981 and has served in various departments of the force including Operations Investigation. Raymond Ihenacho is the former Director of Operations of the Department of State Security services and special assistant to the Director-General (DSS). He was born on the 14th of March 1961 and studied sociology in Imo State University. He also obtained a degree in law from the university of Abuja. He has participated in the Policy Strategy and Leadership Course of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Jos.
Nkemdirim began his early education in 1966 at Seventh Day Adventist Primary School, Ama-Achara, Umuahia. Due to the civil war, he moved to Sierra Leone and continued his primary education at the Military Primary School, Freetown. He attended Albert Academy, Freetown, Sierra Leone for his secondary education in 19731. In 1975, he returned to Nigeria and attended Boys High School, Awkunanaw, Enugu State, and later Emmanuel College, Owerri. He studied Sociology at Imo State University (now Abia State University) between 1982 and 1986 and obtained a law degree from the University of Abuja in 2002.
Nkemdirim rose to the position of State Director of Security (SDS) in several states, including Bayelsa, Oyo, Kwara, and Bauchi. He participated in the Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPPS), Jos, Plateau State. He attended the Institute for Security Studies (ISS), Abuja, where he was awarded fellow of the Security Institute. He is also an alumnus of Harvard University, where he studied National and International Security.
Nkemdirim presented a paper on “Rethinking Intelligence Management And Security In Nigeria” for the Nigerian Defence College conference in February 2017. He advised that Nigeria should reform its intelligence management structure to address security threats. In November 2017, he delivered a lecture on “Credible Intelligence Gathering” at Isuikwuato Local Government at Nigerian Army Language School, 143 Battalion, Ovim, Abia State.

Sani Kukasheka(Rtd), born on the 2nd of February 1965, mni FNIPR Fapra, is a public relations consultant based in Abuja. He owns the PR firm, Mahangi Communication Service. He is also a Consultant Director, Corporate Affairs and Information at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Abuja. He is credited with the transformation of Public Relations Practice and Strategic Communication in the Nigerian Army. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and a Master of Arts in media, Peace and Conflict Studies from Bayero University, Kano and the United Nations Mandated University for Peace (UPEACE), San Jose, Costa Rica respectively. He has attended many courses, seminars and workshops both within and outside Nigeria. Usman joined the Nigerian Army as a recruit in 1983, He was commissioned into the Nigerian Army in 1991, and He had two peacekeeping tours in Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, and Eritrea from 2002-2003 and 2005-2006 respectively. Usman was appointed acting spokesperson of the Nigerian Army on January 30, 2015, while a Colonel, and his appointment was confirmed in June 2017, months after he was promoted as a Brigadier-General on December 9, 2016.
Additionally, he has written many articles and delivered papers and seminars at strategic military institutions both in Nigeria and other countries on leadership, crisis and strategic communication. Until his retirement, he was the Director of Army Public Relations (DAPR) and Spokesman for the Nigerian Army.Sani Usman retired from the Nigerian Army after 36 years of active service.

An accomplished Senior Military Officer of the Infantry Stock. He served meritoriously in the field of operations, instructions, commands and administration at tactical, operational and strategic levels spanning 35 years of unblemished military career in the Nigerian Army. He rose to the enviable rank of a Lieutenant General professionally without being a Service Chief due to his professionalism, gallantry and loyalty. His exploits against terrorism and violent extremism in Nigeria and Lake Chad Basin countries earned him the Star Boy of the Nigerian Army. He voluntarily retired from active Service as the Chief of Policy and Plans Army after 35 years of meritorious service. He has a National Honour of the Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR).
After service, he remains a security consultant on military and security matters and is a member of many security review Committees. He is also a modest food crop farmer.

Brigadier General Dahiru Abdulsalam (Retired), PhD enrolled into the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna on 21 September 1986 as a member of the 38 Regular Course. He was subsequently commissioned into the Nigerian army Armour Corps as a Second Lieutenant on 21 September 1991. He rose to the rank of Brigadier General with effect from 21 September 2014 and retired from Service on 9 June 2016.
Brigadier General Dahiru Abdulsalam (Retired) attended several courses including all the mandatory courses relevant to his career progression. He holds a BSc (Hon) Degree in Chemistry from the NDA, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Kaduna Polytechnic, MSc Degree in the Art, and Science of Warfare from the University of Balochistan, Quetta, Pakistan and M Phil Degree in Development and Strategic Studies from the Bangladesh University of Professionals. Upon retirement, he enrolled for a PhD Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies in 2017 and graduated in 2023 from the NDA, Kaduna.
As a serving officer in the Nigerian Army, he held the appointments of Directing Staff at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Nigeria, Defence Command and Staff College, Botswana. He was also Commanding Officer, 241 Battalion, Nguru, Commander Operation RESTORE ORDER III in Yobe State, Deputy Director, and Acting Director of Operations at the Army Headquarters. Furthermore, he was Chief of Staff at the Headquarters, 3 Division Nigerian Army and Chief of Staff, at the Headquarters Theatre Command, Operation LAFIYA DOLE before his retirement in 2016.
While in retirement, he joined the corporate world as Executive Director, Global Security, Crystal Health Innovation and Solutions. Consequently, he established, Life Shield and Armour Global Consult, Life Shield and Armour Security Services Limited and Green Gold Harvest Enterprise.
In November 2019, he was appointed as the Special Adviser on Security Matters to the Executive Governor of Yobe State and is still serving in that capacity.
He is a fellow of the Defence College, Bangladesh, fellow Nigerian Army Resource, Centre and fellow Chartered Institute of Administration as well as many other renowned institutions.

Alan Michael Lapsley, SSM (born 2 June 1949), known as Father Michael Lapsley, is a South African Anglican priest and social justice activist. Lapsley was born 2 June 1949 in New Zealand.
He was ordained to the priesthood in Australia where he joined the religious order the Society of the Sacred Mission (SSM). In 1973 he arrived in Durban, South Africa, as an undergraduate student. Soon thereafter, during the height of apartheid repression, he became chaplain to students at both black and white universities in Durban. In 1976, he began to speak out on behalf of school children who were being shot, detained and tortured. After a police raid in Maseru in 1982 in which 42 people were killed, he moved to Zimbabwe. It was here that in 1990, three months after ANC leader Nelson Mandela’s release from prison, he was sent a letter bomb by the Civil Cooperation Bureau, a covert outfit of the apartheid security forces. It was hidden inside two religious magazines. He lost both hands and the sight in one eye in the blast, and was seriously burnt.
In 1993, he became Chaplain of the Trauma Centre for Victims of Violence and Torture in Cape Town, which assisted the country’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). This work led to the establishment, in 1998, of the Institute for Healing of Memories (IHOM) in Cape Town. The IHOM aims to allow many more South Africans to tell their stories in workshops where they work through their trauma.

Piet Meiring is an ordained minister in the Dutch Reformed Church in South Africa, and professor emeritus of Missiology (Science of Mission) at the University of Pretoria. He was since his ordination in 1967 involved in the struggle against apartheid, challenging his own denomination in this regard. He has written extensively on issues of Mission and Ecumenism in South Africa and Africa. In 1996 he was invited to join Archbishop Desmond Tutu on the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission, where he was inter alia tasked with the co-ordination of the faith communities’ hearings.

Dr. Carl Stauffer was born and raised amidst the war in Vietnam. In 1975, his family fled Vietnam and moved to the Philippines just as the Marcos regime was beginning to crumble. After completing his university education in 1985, Stauffer worked in the Criminal Justice and Substance Abuse fields. In 1988, he was ordained to the ministry and joined an urban, inter-racial church plant and community development project in the inner-city of Richmond, Virginia. In 1991, Stauffer became the first Executive Director of the Capital Area Victim-Offender Mediation Program in Richmond. In 1994, Stauffer and his family moved to South Africa under the auspices of the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a faith-based international relief and development agency.
In South Africa, Stauffer worked with various transitional processes such as the Peace Accords, Community-Police Forums, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Local Community Development structures. From 2000 to 2009, Stauffer was appointed as the MCC Regional Peace Adviser for the Southern Africa region. His work has taken him to twenty African countries and ten other countries in the Caribbean, Middle East, Europe, and the Balkans.
Stauffer’s academic interests focus on narratology, transitional justice, and post-war reconstruction and reconciliation. His research concentrates on the critique of transitional justice from a restorative frame, and the application of hybrid, parallel indigenous justice systems.

Duane H. Elmer (Ph.D, Michigan State U.) is director of the Ph.D. program in educational studies and is the G. W. Aldeen Chair of International Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. In addition to traveling and teaching in over 75 countries, he has provided cross-cultural training to Fortune 500 companies, relief and development agencies, mission organizations, churches, and educational institutions.
He has also conducted peace and reconciliation efforts in several countries. Recently, he led faculty development workshops at over 25 European and Middle Eastern schools on the theme of Teaching for Transformation. He has taught at Michigan State University and Wheaton College and Graduate School.

Kayode Bolaji is a creative thinker, content analyst, teacher, administrator, researcher, author, DDR expert, chartered mediator, conciliator and negotiator, curriculum development expert, human security expert and a peace practitioner.
He directs joint programmes at Nigerian Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Nigerian Defence Academy, National Police Force, National Orientation Agency, Defence Intelligence College, Historical Society of Nigeria, Philosophers Association of Nigeria, Institute for Healing of Memories, South Africa, Galilee Institute of Management, Israel, Atom Training Institute Dubai and United Nations Institute for Training and Research on emerging leadership, peace and security issues. He also works with governments and organisations around the world to foster more forward-thinking approaches to peace and international security policy. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership, international peace and security in over 40 countries.
He has consulted for several international and Inter- governmental organizations. Kayode Bolaji is a fellow of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Member of the Institute for Peace and International Dialogue, Switzerland, Member of the Chartered Institute for Mediators and Conciliators, Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs and Partner, INTERPOL Nigeria and Member UK Mediation. He studied Intercultural Studies at the University of the Nations, Hawaii, USA and Human Security and Sustainable Enterprise at Coventry University, England. Kayode has several professional certificates and has created over 38 executive training programmes, intervention programmes and several conferences across the world to address current and emerging leadership, security and development issues.
He has received several awards for his work in Nigeria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Burkina Faso, Netherlands, South Korea and South Africa.

A professional administrator who has worked in several capacities with INGOs, NGOs, CSOs, government agencies, and MDAs in several cross-functional projects. She is experienced in change impact analysis and managing stakeholders to drive the adoption of new systems and processes.
Ruth is an ardent entrepreneur with a strong background in procurement and business process outsourcing.
She is detail-oriented and possesses a get-it-done attitude without compromising quality. Loves to explore new opportunities and finds new ways of continually creating innovative ideas. Her passion for a gender-inclusive society and girl-child development has geared her into engaging in gender-based programs and projects; among several is a female leadership development and governance with the “Nigerian Women Trust Fund (NWTF),” where she was mentored by Hon Mulikat Adeola Akande (the first female to hold the position of Majority Leader at the Federal Legislative level).
Ruth has influenced and mentored young girls in secondary schools in rural Nigeria about leadership, capacity building, civic responsibility education, and menstrual hygiene awareness.
Ruth has a professional background in Salesforce Admin and Project Management; she provides top-level management support through administration, particularly by collaborating with organizations’ executives in projects and action program planning cycles.

Chinenye holds a first-class degree in Political Science from the University of Benin in Benin City. Her research interests focus on issues of insecurity, food security, and climate change in developing countries. She has worked as a Research Associate at Enyenaweh Africa, a research think tank, where she contributed to critical analyses related to governance, security, and sustainable development. Currently, she serves as the Program Manager at Peace Building Development Consult. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives aimed at peacebuilding, conflict resolution, capacity building, and enhancing national security. Her interdisciplinary expertise connects political science research with practical solutions for pressing national and global challenges. Outside of her professional work, Chinenye enjoys travelling, watching murder mysteries, and solving puzzles.

Okwaraji Festus Uchechukwu, PhD, is a scholar, an academia, a researcher, concept developer and a renowned prolific creative writer who distinguishes himself among others to address issues facing human society. Dr Okwaraji has his first degree in philosophy from Imo State University with a second class upper; Masters in Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; and a doctorate degree in Philosophy from Imo State University Owerri and has scholarly publications to his name. A one-time Dean and also an academic adviser to prestigious higher institution of Raindrops Institute of Management and Technology, Imo State. A Director General of Eberechi Foundation, an NGO and humanitarian organisation. Currently, Dr Okwaraji, serves as the research manager at Peace Building Development Consult, Abuja.

I hold a degree in Physiology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, which has equipped me with a strong understanding of human behavior and problem-solving skills that deeply influence my design approach. In addition to my academic background, I have obtained certifications in UX Design, Product Design, and Soft Skills, which have strengthened both my technical and interpersonal capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD and Adobe Premier Pro.

She began my career at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), where she worked as an Accounts Assistant, supporting accounting functions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. She joined Jerry-homes Subsidiaries as an Account Officer, where she was responsible for managing daily financial transactions, and reconciling bank statements.
Currently, she work with the Peace Building Development Consult as an Administrative Assistant, providing a blend of accounting support and administrative coordination.

Her resilience in delivering high level and top notch result has not only earned appraisal but also acknowledgement of merit and certification from dignified institutions right from her secondary school such as the Academic Excellence Initiative (AEI) and the Nigerian Customs Service amongst others. Her field of interest focuses on gender sensitivity and equality, ethnicity marginalization and social media influences on youth involvement in politics, education, mental health and widowhood marginalization as depicted in her final year project. The project showcased the dehumanizing and traumatic experiences melted out to women of post colonial Nigeria and its harmful effects on their psychological and mental well-being. Before graduating, Esther founded a cake and dessert store aimed at satisfying the essential need of the public through delivering of maximum customer satisfaction and building of positive relationship. Mojisola is a peacebuilder with experience coordinating a grassroots peacebuilding organization in Nigeria. Through her work, Mojisola actively engages in the fields of human rights, gender, and peacebuilding where she leads research and facilitates workshops on women, youth, peace, and security to explore the protection and contribution of women and youth in conflict settings.
