To strengthen participants’ practical competencies in mediation, dialogue facilitation, and strategic negotiation as non-violent means of resolving disputes.

To deepen understanding of peacebuilding, preventive diplomacy, and post-conflict reconstruction, with emphasis on human rights, democracy, rule of law, good governance, and inclusive security.
