Leadership Course in Criminal Law and Civil Justice
Objectives
- To review the current criminal, civil and correctional justice mechanisms in Nigeria.
- To identify possible amendments to enhance the appeal of justice systems to vulnerable groups in Nigeria.
- To create a platform for law enforcement agencies, lawyers, civil society organisations, human rights activists and scholars to share experiences and opinions on the mechanism of criminal and civil justice.
- Examine critical issues and principles in criminal law.
